Job summary

Exemplar Health Care invites a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the launch and daily operation of Primrose Place in Coalville. You will oversee nursing and care staff, drive high standards, and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards from day one.

You will develop your clinical leadership, support staff development, and help shape the service as it opens, delivering exceptional care and promoting the Exemplar values of fun, integrity, responsiveness and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years post-registration experience.
• Experience at Clinical Nurse Manager or Deputy Manager level preferred.
• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC PIN.
• Thorough understanding of nursing care best practice.
• Ability to demonstrate a range of clinical and digital skills.
• Enthusiasm for encouraging and motivating others.
• Proactive approach to working on your own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of care and nursing colleagues to meet medical, physical, emotional and safeguarding needs.
• Provide strong leadership to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee and manage all clinical elements and risks.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, regulatory requirements and CQC standards.

Rate:£55,000 per annum

About the role

As a Clinical Nurse Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll play a key role in the daily running of our home.

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

leading a team of care and nursing colleagues to ensure that people’s medical, physical, emotional and safeguarding needs are met

providing strong leadership to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement

overseeing and managing all clinical elementsand risks

ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, regulatory requirements and CQC standards

supervisingyour Nursing Team to ensure that care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner and reflect interventions appropriately.

As this is a managerial role, you must have:

a minimum of three years post-registration experience, management experience, training or qualification.

ideally you will have experience of working at a Clinical Nurse Manager or Deputy Manager level.

a first-level nursing registration as an adult / general Nurse (RGN), with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN

You’re also someone with:

a thorough understanding of nursing care best practice

the ability to demonstrate an excellent range of clinical and digital skills
