NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, one of the UK's largest healthcare systems, is seeking a Band 7 Nurse Team Leader for the Paediatric Continence Service. This role involves leading a team of Nurse Specialists to deliver streamlined care for children and young people with continence issues such as night-time wetting and constipation.
20% of your time will be spent working clinically within a team environment. Your main responsibilities include providing holistic assessment, care, and support, working autonomously and collaboratively across professional boundaries.
We are looking for an experienced nurse with knowledge of managing patients with continence issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate autonomy, teamwork, and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment. Flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to evidence-based practice are essential.
