Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking a nurse-qualified Registered Manager to join a beautiful care home in Worthing. This Home Manager role offers a salary up to £70,000 per year, private healthcare, and a range of benefits in a supportive, values-driven environment.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous quality improvement while maintaining a warm, community-focused atmosphere for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse (RGN) with a current practicing certificate.
• Previous experience as a registered manager in a nursing home.
• Strong knowledge of care quality, compliance and team leadership.
• Care Inspectorate registration or eligibility to register.
• Excellent knowledge of care systems and clinical governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for elderly residents.
• Develop, support and inspire multidisciplinary care teams within the home.
