You will balance clinical leadership with operational and financial management, set care standards, develop the team, and ensure compliance and resident dignity.

The role offers £50,000–£60,000 per year plus bonus, 40 hours per week, with a focus on dementia and end-of-life care within a supportive grounds setting.

Qualificações
