Job summary

Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital is seeking a clinician to work 32 hours per week on a rotating schedule in the South Market, Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota area. Expect 2-3 nights of call monthly and weekend rounding roughly every 6 weeks at the Main Hospital. Training occurs at the St Pete campus for 4–6 months.

Qualifications

• Current Florida State Licensure as PNP-PC, PNP-AC or PA.
• Clinical master's degree in nursing or DNP for PNP-PC/ACNP or master's in PA studies.

• Provide health stabilization, promotion, and maintenance of acute and chronic illness or injury.
• Collaborate with the care team under physician supervision to deliver safe patient care.
• Deliver care within the Florida Board of Nursing scope of practice and JHACH policy.

Through collaborative practice with all members of the care team, this role is responsible for patient outcomes that meet the high quality of care provided by JHACH.

Qualifications

• Current Florida State Licensure as PNP-PC, PNP-AC or a PA.
• Clinical Master's Degree in Nursing or DNP for PNP-PC or ACPNP, or Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies.
• Current BLS and PALS. Current National Certification as a: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Acute Care or PNP-PC, or PA.
• Preferred candidate will have pediatric and GI experience.

Salary Range:

Minimum 51.03/hour - Maximum 79.10/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
