As a 259-bed teaching hospital with more than half of its beds dedicated to intensive care services, we serve as the regional pediatric referral center for Florida’s west coast, providing advanced critical care, complex surgical procedures, and innovative therapies. Through strong community partnerships, we also support neonatology and pediatric services across the region. Recognized as a Magnet designated hospital by the ANCC, we uphold the highest standards in nursing and patient care while fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and professional excellence. The operating room features 10 fully equipped surgical rooms, two special procedure rooms serving patients of all acuity levels. Our busiest specialties are ENT, Urology, and Orthopedics but we also see many cases in general surgery, plastics, GI, neurosurgery, dental and ophthalmology.
Salary Range: Minimum $42.17/hour – Maximum $65.37/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
