Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Manager to cover Hampshire, with focus on complex community care. You will manage a caseload, oversee care plans, and support induction of new staff within a client-centred service.

The role requires an Adult-trained Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and at least three years post-registration experience, plus the ability to work out-of-hours on a rota and travel across the south coast and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering community-based complex care (e.g. spinal injuries, PEG, tracheostomy, ventilators).
• Able to participate in out-of-hours telephone-based service on a rota.
• Must have right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving licence; able to cover south coast Hampshire and nearby areas.

Responsibilities

We are actively recruiting for a Nurse Manager to cover Hampshire (south coast part of Hampshire).

Are you a Registered Nurse with some experience of working out in the community along with experience of working clinically with complex care clients?

You will be managing a caseload of complex care clients, building relationships with the clients and their families, overseeing care plans, supporting the induction of new staff into the clients, and ultimately ensuring the quality of care is delivered.

About you

• You will be an Adult trained Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN with a minimum of three years’ post-registration experience.


• Experience of providing community-based care ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators.


• Able to participate in provision of the telephone based out of hours service on a rotational basis.


• You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence. Be able to manage clients in the south coast part of Hampshire, and happy to cover other parts of Hampshire and potentially parts of neighbouring counties.
