Superior Healthcare is actively recruiting a Nurse Manager to cover Mid/West Kent. You will oversee a caseload of complex care clients, manage care plans, and supervise new staff to ensure high-quality care for clients and their families.

The role requires an Adult trained Registered Nurse with an NMC PIN and at least three years of post-registration experience, including supervisory responsibilities. You will work 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri, with some flexibility, and a company car after

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 3 years post-registration experience and supervisory/management exposure.
• Experience in community-based care, including complex care scenarios (spinal/brain injury, PEG, tracheostomy, ventilators).
• Able to participate in telephone-based out-of-hours service on a rota.
• Right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex care clients and oversee care plans.
• Support induction and onboarding of new staff to client teams.
• Ensure and monitor the quality of care delivered to clients and families.

Job description

We are actively recruiting for a Nurse Manager to cover Mid / West Kent.

Are you a Registered Nurse with experience of working out in the community along with experience of working clinically with complex care clients?

You will be managing a caseload of complex care clients, building relationships with the clients and their families, overseeing care plans, supporting the induction of new staff into the clients, and ultimately ensuring the quality of care is delivered.

About you

• You will be an Adult trained Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN with a minimum of three years’ post-registration experience and previous supervisory / management experience.
• Experience of providing community-based care ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators.
• Able to participate in provision of the telephone based out of hours service on a rotational basis.
• You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.
