Job summary

Major Social Care is seeking a Registered Manager who is also an Registered General Nurse (RGN) to lead the development and delivery of our regulated care services for children, young people and adults. Qualifications

• Registered Manager with RGN qualification and NMC registration.
• Experience leading CQC-regulated services for adults and/or children.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, clinical governance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the CQC-regulated service.
• Ensure quality, governance, audits and continuous improvement.
• Oversee safeguarding, incidents, complaints and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with commissioners, professionals and families.
• Support clinical governance and safe medicines management.
• Develop service in line with regulatory requirements and capacity.
