Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration number.
• At least 1 year of broad post-registration adult or mental health experience.
• Right to work in the UK – sponsorship not offered.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person''s disability or health condition affects their daily life.
• Produce Work Capability Assessment (WCA) reports to help the DWP determine eligibility for benefits.
• Develop clinical knowledge and assessment skills with regular feedback and supervision.
