Maximus in the UK is seeking a Nurse Functional Assessor to apply clinical expertise to assess how disability affects daily life. You will handle complex cases across physical and mental health conditions and support customers through tailored training and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration and at least 1 year post‑registration experience in adult or mental health care.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not offered.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Carry out clinical reviews and provide case managers with advice on complaints and enquiries related to PIP referrals.
• Communicate outcomes and provide feedback to support professional development and service improvements.
