Elizabeth Finn Homes Limited is recruiting a Clinical Care Lead for Grove Court Care Home in Woodbridge. You will be registered as a nurse and lead clinical care, driving a culture of excellence and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC, safeguarding and mental capacity act.

The role involves collaborating with the home leadership team, managing medication, admissions, care plans, staffing rotas and relationships with health professionals to support residents and staff

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with current registration.
• Experience in a care home delivering high-quality services to older people.
• Experience managing a department for older people.
• Willingness to co-design and co-deliver promotions to increase visibility and occupancy.
• Strong communication, leadership and IT skills.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the home leadership team to operate efficiently and compassionately, ensuring a safe, happy environment for residents.
• Assist residents with personal care and advise on health needs, liaising with statutory health providers as required.
• Support admissions; assess needs of prospective residents and coordinate with visitors and external professionals.
• Develop and maintain care plans; review documentation for compliance with procedures.
• Oversee medication management including dispensing, record-keeping, and monthly reordering.
• Coordinate with People team on staff management within the home according to policy.
• Promote resident engagement and independence with a safe and positive environment.
• Manage rotas to maintain safe staffing and meet budget requirements.
• Assist with investigations of complaints and ensure reporting requirements are met.
• Complete administrative tasks including audits per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
