Zusammenfassung

Premier Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Lead at our Olney care home to drive clinical governance and a person-centred approach for residents. You will work with the Home Manager, nurses, and care staff to maintain high standards of clinical care and regulatory compliance.

The role combines leadership, staff development, and continuous improvement, with opportunities for professional development in a supportive team.

Qualifikationen

NMC registered nurse with current practicing status.
Leadership or management experience in care settings is desirable.
Strong clinical governance and safeguarding knowledge.

Aufgaben

Lead and support the nursing and care team to deliver high-quality clinical care
Oversee day-to-day clinical practice within the home
Ensure care plans are accurate, person-centred, and reviewed regularly
Promote best practice in dementia care and complex needs
Support staff through training, mentoring, and supervision
Contribute to audits, governance and quality assurance
Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and MCA/DoLS
Support infection control, medication management, and risk assessments
Collaborate with Home Manager to drive service improvement
Make calm, decisive clinical decisions in emergencies
