Elizabeth Finn Homes is seeking a Clinical Care Lead at Grove Court Care Home in Woodbridge. You will lead clinical care, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with the leadership team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care for residents.

The role requires an active Registered Nurse with a Level 4 Diploma in Lead Practitioner and experience in care homes. You will be responsible for care planning, medication management, staffing, and safeguarding, with enhanced benefits and occupational

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse status required.
• Experience in a care home environment.
• Experience managing a department for older people.
• Willingness to co-design and co-deliver promotions to increase occupancy.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with the home leadership team to operate efficiently and compassionately, ensuring a safe environment for residents.
• Assist residents with personal care and advise on health needs, liaising with community health providers as required.
• Oversee admissions by assessing needs of prospective residents and coordinating with visitors and external professionals.
• Develop and maintain care plans, conducting reviews to ensure documentation complies with procedures.
• Oversee medication management: dispensing, record-keeping, ordering, and monitoring administration.
• Work with People team to manage colleagues in line with company policies and culture.
• Promote resident engagement and independence within a safe environment.
• Manage rotas to maintain safe staffing and budget adherence.
• Support investigation of complaints with leadership team and ensure proper reporting.
• Complete audits and administrative tasks per procedures.
• Work within NMC Code of Professional Conduct and ensure RNs meet requirements.
