St Catherine's Nursing Home in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Clinical Lead with outstanding leadership qualities to join our care team. You will oversee clinical governance and mentor the nursing staff to deliver exceptional care to residents.

The ideal candidate will be NMC registered, able to lead, guide and review care plans, and drive the highest standards of clinical practice while supporting colleagues across shifts. Salary £47,612, 35 hours per week, days and nights.
