Job summary

Curaa is seeking a Clinical Lead to oversee resident care in Clevedon. You will be the focal point for residents, relatives and health professionals, ensuring requests are acted on and concerns investigated promptly.

You will monitor care standards, participate in inspections, and ensure compliance with health and safety and COSHH, maintaining a safe environment and high-quality care. The role requires a First Level Nurse qualification, current NMC registration, and at least five years of care

Qualifications

• Hold a First Level Nurse qualification and current NMC registration.
• Demonstrate minimum 5 years' experience in care with up-to-date knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Be the focal point for residents, relatives and health and social care professionals, ensuring requests are acted on and concerns investigated promptly.
• Monitor care standards delivered by staff and ensure quality medical and personal care and updated care plans.
• Take part in inspections (CQC and local) and ensure regulatory compliance across the home.
• Promote and ensure safe systems of work, fire safety, and induction of new staff.
• Liaise with the proprietor on marketing and develop links with other care providers for mutual benefit.
