Job summary

Silvercrest in South Wales is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join our small family of nursing care homes. You will provide high-quality nursing care, support residents with daily living tasks, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and contribute to personalised care plans.

Job description

• Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans for each resident, considering their unique medical, social, and emotional needs.
• Establishing strong rapport with residents, offering emotional support, and addressing their concerns with empathy and respect
• Regularly assessing and documenting the health status of residents, identifying any changes or health issues, and promptly reporting them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintaining open communication with residents' families to provide updates on their loved ones' health and well-being
• Adhering to all regulatory standards, company policies, and best practices to ensure the highest standard of care and safety.
