Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse for a dedicated care home in the Woodbridge area of Suffolk. The role requires valid NMC registration and entails providing high-quality nursing care across residential, dementia, respite and convalescence services.

You will contribute to person-centred care plans, administer medications, liaise with families and other health professionals and uphold safety standards in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
• Proven ability to work well in a care setting and within a team.
• Demonstrated time management and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to follow policies and maintain accurate care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and priorities of care.

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Woodbridge, Suffolk area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading healthcare providers

This care home specialises in a range of care services, including: residential care, respite care, dementia care and convalescence care

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £23.00 - £24.00 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
