Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is assisting a care home in the Woodbridge area to recruit a dedicated Registered Nurse. You will work across residential, dementia, respite and convalescence care, providing high-quality nursing care to residents.

The role requires a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. There are days and night shifts available with a generous benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy.
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals.
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and request GP/professional visits where necessary.

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Woodbridge, Suffolk area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading healthcare providers

This care home specialises in a range of care services, including: residential care, respite care, dementia care and convalescence care

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary
