Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a reputable care home in Woodbridge, Suffolk. You will provide compassionate nursing care, assess residents' needs and work with relatives and health professionals to plan effective care.

This permanent role offers day and night shifts, £24.00 per hour and an annual salary up to £59,904. Benefits include a pension scheme, induction and paid training, enhanced holiday rates, and recognition schemes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current active NMC PIN.
• Experience in a care home or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policies.
• Maintain and update care plans with residents, relatives and other health professionals.
• Report ill-health and arrange GP visits when needed.

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Woodbridge, Suffolk area.You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This care home specialises in a range of care services, including: residential care, respite care, dementia care and convalescence care

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
