Jupiter Recruitment is helping a care home in Woodbridge, Suffolk, find a Registered Nurse to join their team. The nurse will assess residents, administer medications, and maintain care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

The successful candidate will have an active NMC PIN and be able to work day or night shifts. A comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training are offered in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Experience in care setting is preferred.
• Strong communication with residents and health professionals.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess residents' needs and priorities of care.

• Ensure care plans are completed with residents, relatives, and health professionals.

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Woodbridge, Suffolk area.You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This care home specialises in a range of care services, including: residential care, respite care, dementia care and convalescence care

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £24.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to £59,904 per annum.We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available.In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
