CCH Maidstone Complex SCP in Kent is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our complex care team in Lyminge. You will provide high-standard nursing care to clients with complex needs, working closely with families and the MDT under a complex community nurse.
We offer flexible working where possible, a supportive environment, and opportunities for career progression within CCH; prior experience with tracheostomies, ventilators and airway management is valued.
Shifts Available:8 am - 8 pm Days | 8 pm - 8 am Nights (Waking Night)
Driver required: Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle

What you'll do
As a Registered Nurse working within our packages of care, you will provide a high standard of nursing care to our clients with complex needs. You will be expected to work closely with the family and MDT, with oversight from the company’s complex community nurse. There will be an up-to-date care plan, for you to follow to ensure that you are aware of the client’s needs and wishes. You will be expected to provide holistic person-centred care, helping the client to meet their full potential. The role of the package nurse can be extremely rewarding, it also offers flexible working if required.
