Job summary

Maidstone Complex SCP, part of CCH, is seeking care professionals to support a young adult with complex needs in Lyminge, Kent. This role includes assisting with bowel management, moving and handling, and working alongside registered nurses on shift. A driver and access to own vehicle are desirable for this role.

We offer full training, DBS coverage, and clear progression into leadership positions, with opportunities to relocate within CCH and a supportive family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is essential, with hands-on bowel management and moving/handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the client with complex care needs in line with care plans and on-shift supervision.
• Assist registered nurses on invasive tasks and day-to-day care as required.

Shifts Available:8 am - 8 pm Days | 8 pm - 8 am Nights (Sleeper Shifts)

Driver required: Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle

What you'll do

The client is a young adult who has sustained a spinal injury, and due to this, the client would require several complex needs that need to be met, such as:

• Bowel Management
• Moving &Handling

You will also be required to assist our registered general nurses on shift in the following, where needed:

• Invasive Ventilation
• Cough Assist
