Job summary

ARM LIMITED in Reading, United Kingdom is seeking an experienced MBSE Systems Engineer to capture user needs and translate them into digital MBSE solutions. You will define MBSE processes, design toolchains including Cameo/IBM Rhapsody, and ensure traceability across models and requirements.

The role requires 8+ years in Systems Engineering/MBSE, strong SysML knowledge, and experience with complex programs. DOORS/PLM experience and OSLC/ReqIF capabilities are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, MBSE or Digital Engineering.
• Experience working with complex engineering programmes
• Strong knowledge of MBSE, Systems Engineering and SysML
• Understanding of requirements, architecture, modelling and traceability

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition of standards, guidelines, and governance for MBSE digital solutions
