Job summary

Assystem UK Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Mechanical CAD Engineer to deliver component models and definitions, system P&IDs, integrated layouts, and assemblies for the Small Modular Reactor (SMR). You will collaborate with engineering designers, gaining a deep understanding of layout and components to produce CAD outputs of the highest standard.

SC Clearance or the ability to obtain it is required.

Qualifications

• Experienced Mechanical CAD Engineer or similar role with a passion for innovation.
• Proficient in 2D CAD and 3D CAD/BIM systems for detailed drawings and models.
• SC Clearance or ability to obtain clearance for high-security projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver component models and definitions, system P&IDs, integrated layouts, and assemblies for SMR.
