Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager - Site Installations to define how manufactured components are assembled, integrated and installed at site while ensuring constructability, safety and programme efficiency.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Manufacturing Methods, you will lead installation method development, establish the Site Installation Engineering function and drive strategic site delivery with hybrid working arrangements across Derby, Manchester or Warrington

Qualifications

• Senior manufacturing or installation engineering leadership experience.
• Large project delivery experience.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of installation methods and manage interfaces between manufacturing, engineering and construction functions.
• Establish and lead the Site Installation Engineering function.
• Develop installation and assembly strategies.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across construction and engineering teams.
• Build capability, governance and engineering processes for site delivery.
