Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Nuclear Security Shift Manager to lead security delivery in a highly regulated environment. You will oversee shift operations, ensure regulatory compliance and drive a culture of excellence across security teams protecting critical national infrastructure.

The role requires SIA licence, health & safety certification and first aid training, with a salary around £52,000 and a 56-hour week on a 12-hour shift pattern. You will support a compliant, safe operational profile.
