Job summary

Soben is seeking a Risk Manager to join a growing team focused on nuclear sector projects. You will support senior risk managers, capture and analyse risk data, and help deliver projects on time and budget. Strong communication and ability to work with multiple stakeholders are essential.

Experience across the project lifecycle is required; nuclear experience is desirable but not mandatory. Proficiency with Safran, @risk, PRA and BI tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management across the project lifecycle.
• Nuclear sector exposure desirable but not required.
• Ability to convey complex risk information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement risk management processes tailored to client needs.
• Facilitate risk workshops with SMEs.
• Maintain risk registers and risk information.
• Enhance quality of risk data and perform risk cost profiling.
• Drive mitigation actions across projects and programmes.
• Support with Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA) for cost and schedule impacts.
• Produce timely risk reporting using MS Office and Power BI.
• Collaborate with Project Controls and supply chain to manage risks.
