Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain comprehensive risk registers for the programme.
• Identify, document, and monitor potential risks through the lifecycle.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation and action plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to execute mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the Risk Management Strategy and Plan.
• Align risk activities with project objectives and best practices.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis on the Integrated Works Schedule.
• Advise Programme Directors on key risk areas for mitigation.
• Lead workshops with Project Managers to capture and assess risks.
• Foster collaboration to ensure thorough risk identification.
• Coordinate with Risk Managers across programmes to avoid duplication.
• Ensure cohesive risk management across all project areas.
