Job summary

Matchtech is partnering with a major UK technical services provider to recruit a Quality Management Lead for the HPC program in Bristol. The role ensures QA/QC compliance across the full lifecycle from contract award to final close-out on site.

You will author PQCPs, oversee CQAPs from Tier 1/2 suppliers, run audits, manage LTQR, and coordinate with multi-cultural teams while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: HNC, HND, or Degree in a relevant science, engineering, or quality management discipline.
• Nuclear / safety-critical experience in QA/QC is required.
• Proven track record implementing QA/QC tools, inspection frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stakeholder engagement across multi-cultural project environments.

Responsibilities

• Author and oversee Project Quality Control Plans (PQCP) aligned with GQAS and ITP specs.
• Review, accept, and monitor Contractors' QA Plans (CQAP) from Tier 1/2 partners.
• Identify supplier audit needs and coordinate with Supply Chain Auditors to close audit findings.
