Job summary

PWE Recruitment Group is seeking a Quality Management Lead (Commissioning) for a major nuclear energy project in the UK. The role leads quality assurance across commissioning activities, interfaces with project teams, and shapes quality strategy within a large compliance-focused programme.

The successful candidate will have at least five years in QA/QM, experience in regulated sectors such as nuclear or major infrastructure, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a QA/QM role.
• Experience in regulated sectors (nuclear/energy).
• Experience reviewing CQAPs and PQCPs.
• Strong governance, audits and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality requirements across contract lifecycle.
• Review and approve CQAPs across the supply chain.
• Identify audit requirements and coordinate auditors.
• Lead LTQR reviews and manage documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality performance.
