Job summary

Rullion Managed Services is seeking an experienced Quality Management Lead for a major nuclear project. The contract role requires leading QA/QC across contracts, developing PQCPs/CQAPs, and ensuring supplier conformance to nuclear standards.

You will coordinate audits, manage NCRs, and drive continuous improvement with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring right-first-time delivery in a safety-critical environment.

Qualifications

• QA and QC experience in nuclear/construction.
• Quality mgmt systems, planning and supplier QA.
• Development of PQCPs/CQAPs.
• Knowledge of ITPs and LTQRs.
• Managing NCRs and driving improvements.
• Strong supplier and stakeholder collaboration.
• Co-ordination of audits/inspections/document reviews.
• Excellent communication and leadership.
• CQI membership desirable.
• ONR regulator engagement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across assigned contracts.
• Develop, maintain, implement PQCPs.
• Review/approve CQAPs and monitor compliance.
• Ensure suppliers meet contractual quality requirements.
• Coordinate manufacturing surveillance and inspections.
• Manage NCRs and ensure timely closes.
• Review ITPs, LTQRs, QRCs for accuracy.
• Lead quality meetings with contractors and internal teams.
• Coordinate supplier audits and address findings.
• Drive continuous improvement for right-first-time delivery.
