Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a Project Quality Manager based in Bristol with hybrid work and UK-wide travel to manufacturing sites, Hinkley Point C, and supplier facilities. You will support governance, drive a Right First Time mindset, and act as the quality interface between manufacturing teams, suppliers, and the client.

Qualifications

• Quality program implementation within complex manufacturing, fabrication, or construction environments.
• Lean manufacturing and fact-based problem solving.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 19443, welding and NDT standards.
• Proficient data manipulation and reporting using MS Office.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites, project locations and suppliers across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain project quality processes to ensure compliance with contractual standards.
• Embed Nuclear Safety Culture behaviours and lead training on Nuclear Culture, CFSI, and compliance.
• Act as main client interface on defined project quality topics with regular feedback and reporting.
