Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a quality professional to manage QA/QC across full project lifecycles in a highly regulated engineering environment. You will liaise with customers and suppliers, review supplier quality, lead inspection plans, and ensure compliance with quality procedures from manufacture through delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control, inspection, manufacturing, or quality assurance functions.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Knowledge of QCPs and ITPs.
• Background in nuclear or equally regulated industries.
• Experience reviewing quality documentation and certification records.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers to understand QA, QC, and inspection requirements.
• Review and approve supplier quality arrangements and manufacturing documentation.
• Produce and manage inspection assignments for inspectors.
• Carry out risk assessments prior to inspection activities.
• Inspect manufactured equipment and witness testing, NDT, and functional activities.
• Maintain and review lifetime quality records and data dossiers.
• Authorise the final release of procured items.
