NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a hybrid role in Wolverhampton. You’ll manage multi-disciplinary engineering projects in the nuclear sector and own contract handling from scope to delivery.

Key requirements include NEC3/NEC4 contract experience, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to lead a project team ensuring safe, compliant delivery within budget and schedule. Excellent stakeholder management is essential.

Formación

• Experience delivering complex multi-disciplinary engineering projects
• Strong understanding of NEC3/NEC4 contract types and change control
• Ability to manage scope, risks and budgets to meet milestones
• Proven leadership to coordinate project teams and stakeholders
• Commercial acumen in client discussions and variations

Responsabilidades

• Manage allocated projects up to £2m, delivering on time, within budget and to customer requirements
• Set project strategy, scope, budget, schedules, resources and technical content
• Maintain cost forecasts and progress against budgets and milestones
• Identify risks and plan mitigation actions
• Apply change control and negotiate contract variations through to agreement
• Utilise commercial awareness in scope discussions with customers, including potential claims
• Coordinate and lead the project team
• Build customer relationships and support new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation and company standards
