Carrington West is seeking an experienced Contract Manager for major new build nuclear projects in Bristol with hybrid working. You will manage contracts across complex engineering and construction programmes, ensuring obligations are met and risks are mitigated throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include administering NEC contracts, supporting project managers, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, preferably in major infrastructure or energy projects.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage contracts across major new build nuclear and infrastructure projects, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Provide commercial support to Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Administer NEC contracts, manage changes, variations, compensation events and claims.
• Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support negotiations with clients, suppliers and partners.
• Develop contract management plans and maintain records.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, budgets and milestones.
• Review variations and extension requests; assist in dispute resolution.
