Job summary

Amentum is recruiting experienced Project Engineers for the Sizewell B Nuclear Power project in the UK. Based at Sizewell B with some travel, you will deliver complex, safety-critical projects through a cross-functional team, reporting to the client managers and site Operations Manager.

You will work in a highly regulated environment, ensuring quality, cost control and timely delivery while developing leadership skills on large-scale nuclear projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field; Chartership preferred.
• APMP or equivalent project management qualification and experience in complex, multi-functional organisations.
• Understanding of safety cases, health and environment legislation, CDM compliance.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and commercial/financial project drivers.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle with integrated teams.
• Experience in estimating, cost control, planning and risk tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects per client PPM strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Report at client site and coordinate with Operations Manager; no direct reports.
• Maintain high safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Develop relationships and networks; ensure project delivery on time and budget.
