Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Electrical Contract Engineering Lead to act as the engineering lead within EPR-E for one or more electrical equipment contracts supporting the Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C programmes. You will coordinate design and qualification packages, supervise supplier documentation and ensure deliverables meet quality and schedule requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience as an electrical engineer in industrial applications.
Experience with industrial electrical power distribution systems.
Experience in regulated or safety-critical engineering environments.

Responsibilities

Act as Engineering Lead for assigned electrical equipment contracts, delivering design and qualification packages.
Lead the technical review of supplier documentation and oversee reviews for quality and consistency.
Coordinate input from EPR-E technical specialists to align with contract design and qualification programmes.
Monitor progress, risks and technical issues across contracts.
Plan and participate in weekly/monthly progress meetings and report to management.
