Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear, a core part of Babcock International Group, seeks a Programme Controls Manager for Hinkley Point C near Bridgwater, Somerset. You will lead strategic controls across the MEH Alliance, driving governance, schedules, costs and reporting to ensure project success.

This permanent role is based on site, 37 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements and a focus on developing a high‑performing controls team while delivering continuous improvement across the programme.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading programme controls in regulated environments.
• Proven governance, reporting and performance framework experience.
• Experience in schedule, cost, risk, change and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate programme controls activities across the MEH Alliance programme.
• Establish controls standards, governance and reporting cycles.
• Drive performance reviews and continuous improvement of controls capability.
• Develop, mentor and resourcing of a high‑performing controls team.
