Job summary

Vulcain Engineering UK is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead an on-site Production Control team during MEH installations at the HPC site. You will manage schedules, KPIs and reporting while coordinating with senior stakeholders and delivery partners.

The role combines people leadership, project controls, data analysis and digital construction tools to improve efficiency and project outcomes on a major nuclear infrastructure programme.

Qualifications

• Experience leading site-based project teams in construction or MEH environments.
• Familiarity with project planning, scheduling and baselines.
• Ability to analyse data and generate insightful reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production Control team with mentoring and performance management.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and manage resources for seven-day coverage.
• Produce dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Build relationships with clients, contractors and delivery teams.
• Analyse data using Excel, Power BI and project databases.
• Utilise Navisworks or Synchro for progress analysis and planning.
• Develop and improve control processes for efficiency and quality.
