Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear, part of Babcock International Group, is looking for an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician at the Sellafield site near Seascale, Cumbria. You will repair, calibrate, maintain, and test radiation protection instruments to ensure safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Level 3 Electrical Qualification, apprenticeship or equivalent, and the ability to obtain SC security clearance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of conventional and nuclear safety.
• Proven experience servicing electronic instrument systems.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, calibrate, and test radiation protection instruments.
• Adhere to local procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical updates to customers and mentor junior team members.
