Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Site Operative to join our regulated team working on decommissioning and plant maintenance within highly controlled environments in the UK.

You will perform decommissioning, dismantling and waste management activities, operate tools safely, follow procedures, and maintain records while participating in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Previous experience working within industrial, engineering, construction, energy, defence or nuclear environments.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures and safe systems of work.
• Experience using PPE and safety equipment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Practical, hands-on approach to work.
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to undertake further training.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake decommissioning, dismantling and operational activities in accordance with approved procedures.
• Support decontamination activities on plant, equipment and facilities.
• Assist with waste management, segregation and disposal activities.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Carry out routine inspections, housekeeping and site maintenance activities.
• Support lifting operations and material handling activities where required.
• Adhere to all health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and site teams to safely deliver project objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation where required.
• Participate in training programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.
