The Role – Nuclear 360 Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking ambitious professionals to join our team as a Nuclear 360 Consultant. You will be responsible for business development and candidate placement, managing the full recruitment cycle within the nuclear sector.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a new division focused on nuclear recruitment.
  • Developing new business through outbound sales and relationship management.
  • Meeting clients on-site and at headquarters to build partnerships.
  • Attending industry events to expand your network.
  • Achieving revenue and placement targets.
  • Generating leads via market research, sourcing, and cold calling.
  • Collaborating with the Delivery Team to identify top talent.
  • Negotiating salaries and contracts.
  • Owning your market segment with potential to lead a team.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in nuclear energy recruitment, sales, or business development.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Education to A-Level or degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
