The Role – Nuclear 360 Recruitment Consultant

We seek ambitious professionals to join our team. As a Nuclear 360 Consultant, you'll be responsible for business development and candidate delivery, managing the full recruitment process in a rapidly growing sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading a new division focused on nuclear energy.
  • Driving new business through outbound sales and relationship building.
  • Meeting with clients at their sites and our headquarters.
  • Attending industry events to expand your network.
  • Exceeding revenue and placement targets.
  • Generating leads through market research, sourcing, and cold calling.
  • Collaborating with the Delivery Team to identify top talent and manage hiring processes.
  • Negotiating salaries, contracts, and closing deals.
  • Owning your market segment with potential to lead a team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in nuclear energy recruitment, sales, or business development.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on success.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Education to A-Level or degree (preferred).
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Outgoing personality and good communication skills.
