Henlee Resourcing is working with a well-known and highly successful retail business, looking to recruit a Training & Development Consultant on a permanent basis.

Training & Development Consultant
Home based – National Travel
£38,000 + £4,500 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus + Great benefits, discounts and development opportunities

We are seeking an individual to support the Learning & Development team in defining and providing training solutions to develop retail employees and managers, ensuring customer excellence.

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, responsibilities include:

• Identifying development gaps and opportunities based on business needs.
• Implementing end-to-end development support plans.
• Managing stakeholder communication on learner progress.
• Coaching management to improve leadership skills.
• Analyzing store data and KPIs for opportunities.
• Supporting onboarding and induction processes.
• Assisting with performance reviews, 1-1’s, and PDPs.
• Designing and delivering blended learning content.
• Supporting additional projects as needed.

Applicants should have proven experience in similar roles within retail or comparable environments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter capable of managing multiple projects, with excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Flexibility to travel is essential, with approximately 2 days of travel and overnight stays weekly. When not traveling, the role is home-based.
