The Role – Nuclear 360 Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking ambitious professionals to join our team. As a Nuclear 360 Consultant, you'll be involved in business development and candidate placement, managing the full recruitment cycle in the nuclear sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading a new division focusing on nuclear recruitment.
  • Generating new business via outbound sales and relationship building.
  • Meeting clients at their sites and our headquarters.
  • Attending industry events to expand your network.
  • Exceeding revenue and placement targets.
  • Qualifying leads through research, sourcing, and cold calls.
  • Working with the Delivery Team to identify top talent.
  • Negotiating salaries and contracts, closing deals.
  • Building and leading your own team as you grow.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in nuclear energy recruitment, sales, or business development.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Education to A-Level or degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/ATS systems.
  • Outgoing personality, enjoys networking.
