Job description

Ward 216 is a specialist Cardiothoracic Unit which has 25 beds.

We deliver care to patients who have undergone heart or lung surgery or suffered chest trauma. We offer an exciting opportunity for registered nurses with at least 1 years post registration experience who are enthusiastic, calm and adaptable team players.

You should be motivated to develop within the nursing team, be reliable, professional and hard working and committed to delivering a high standard of patient centred care. Ward 216 work 12 hour shifts day/night rotation.

You will have the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills in Cardiac pacing, Cardiac monitoring, chest drain management and complex wound care.

Interviews are scheduled for 20th January 2026.
