NQ Solicitor – Residential Conveyancing

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated NQ Solicitor to join a well-managed, collegiate, and proactive department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, including:

1. Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
2. Remortgages and transfers of equity.
3. First-time buyer transactions.
4. Advising clients on all aspects of residential property law.
