RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER FEE EARNER / SOLICITOR
SOUTHEND-ON-SEA, ESSEX - WFH 2-3
£30,000 - £45,000

QED Legal is currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Solicitor to join our well-respected client in Southend-On-Sea, Essex.

We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established large residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 1 to 4 years.

The types of residential transactions you should have experience with include:

• sales
• purchases
• leaseholds
• freeholds
• remortgages
• transfers of equity

They are offering 2-3 days from home, a bonus, flexi hours, parking, focus on training and support, a large team of over 15+ people with diverse abilities, a relaxed environment, good culture, high retention rates, and funding for qualifications if interested.

If you do not have experience in a couple of the above areas, we still welcome applications. However, please note that if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
