RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER FEE EARNER / SOLICITOR

SOUTHEND-ON-SEA, ESSEX - WFH 2-3

£30,000 - £45,000

QED Legal is currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Solicitor to join our well-respected client in Southend-On-Sea, Essex.

We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established large residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 1 to 4 years.

The types of residential transactions you should have experience with include:

• sales
• purchase
• leaseholds
• freeholds
• remortgages
• transfers of equity

They offer 2-3 days from home, a bonus, flexi hours, parking, a focus on training and support, a large team of over 15+ people with diverse abilities, a relaxed environment, good culture, high retention rates, and funding for qualifications if interested.

If you do not have experience with some of the above, we still welcome applications. However, please note that if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
